本研究的目的是在比較三種不同高度(59、72、100公分)赤腳著地動 作的運動學和動力學變化的情形。以固立臺灣師範大學體育系20名男生為受試者,平均身高為,171.5±4.8公分,平均體重為,66.7±5公斤,平均年齡為 22.1±1.8歲。運動學和動力學的資料是使用PEAK PERFORMANCE高達攝 影機(l20Hz)和KISTLER測力板9287型(lOOOHz)同步收集資料。統計方法是使用重覆量數單因于變異數分析(α=.05) ,連顯著差異後再使用社凱氏法進行事後比較。結果發現競關節和膝關節角位移、下肢各關節之最大角遠度、地面垂直反作用力和街量的第一峰值和第二峰值、50毫秒內的被動衝量以及緩衝期內的全部衝量達到顯著差異,並且隨著高度的增加而增加。因此在赤腳著地時,高度怠高街擊遠度也就愈大,人體骨骷肌肉系統必需承受更大的力量和街量,如泉著地動作不正確可能使我們的骨骷肌肉系統發生潛在性的傷害。所以著地時建議要增加下肢關節的角位移,以緩衝因著地時所產生的力量,以避免可能造成的傷害。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to analyse the kinematic and kinetic differences of the barefoot drop landing from three different heights (59, 72, lOOcm).Twenty undergraduates P.E. major male students served as the subjects for this study. The mean height, weight, and age were 171.5±
4.8cm, 66.7 ± 5kg, and 22.1±1.8 years respectively. Kinematic and kinetic data were acquired simultaneously by using a PEAK PERFORMANCE high speed camera(120Hz) and a KISTLER(model 9287)force plate(1000Hz). Theselected variables were tested by one-way repeated ANOV A(α= .05)and Tukey method posterior comparisons. Theresults indicated that there were significant increases in lower extremity joints flexion(hip and knee joints)and greatest angular velocity、first peak vertical reaction force 、secondpeak vertical reaction force 、thepassive impulse and the impluse of landing phase durations as height increases. Itis suggested that when landing from greater height, the subject should increase the lower extremity joints flexion to avoid the possibility of injuη.
