本研究目的在探討不同等級蛙泳選手聯合、划手、睡夾腿和協調效率的差異情形。以台北市游泳代表隊男性選手24位為研究對象,經百公尺蛙泳測驗後,依成績優劣順序,分成三個等級,每一等紋中有入位選手,並以重複量數之設計及「對抗平衡法」進行蛙泳聯合、划手、睡央腿三種方式作單位官斤推進功率之測驗。推進功率是以滑輪負重牽引器Power-Rock測試。其結果經分析討論後,得到下列結論:l.第一級蛙泳選手的推進功率(8.42±O.82(lO-2)kgw•M/sec/體重(公斤) ),顯著大於第二級(6.72±0.73(lO-2)kgw.M/sec/體重(公斤) )和第三級(5.05±0.90(lO-2)kgW•M/sec/體重(公斤) )的蛙泳選手;在協調妓率方面,第一組(1.10±0.54(lO-2)kgw.M/sec /體重(公斤))顯著大於第二紋( 0.02±0.95(lO-2)kgW•M/sec/體重(公斤) )的蛙泳選手;顯示較高水準的蛙泳選手不但推進力較大,協調效率也較佳。2.第二級蛙泳選手如果要晉升I?第一級選手訓練的重點應放在增加協調效率方 面,結果顯示第一級選手優於第二級選手的主要原因是在於協調效率的差異。3.第乏級蛙泳後選手如果要晉升為第二級選手訓練的重點應放在蜂夾腿推進功 率方面,結果顯示第二級選手優於第三級選手的主要原因是在於睡央腿推進功率的差異。

This study aims to investigate the propulsive force and coordination efficiency of arm strokes (AS), leg kicks (LK) and whole strokes (WS) among breaststroke swimmers of different levels. Twenty-four male swimmers of the Taipei Swimming Team were studω ied.The subjects were divided into 3 levels, each consists of 8 members, according to their performance in 100-meter breaststroke tests. An identical-subject with repeatedmeasure design and a balanced-order testing sequence were used. Power-Rack (Total Performance, USA) was used to determine the propulsive force per unit weight for As,and WS. Results and conclusions are as follows. 1. LevelA swimmers generated the highest propulsion (8.42 ± 0.82<10-2)kgw M/sec/weight), which is significantly greater than the propulsion of LevelB (6.72±0.73(10-2) kgw M/sec/weihgt) and Level C (5.05±0.90(10-2)kgw M/Usee/weight). The coordination efficiency of Level A (1.10± 0.54(10-2)kgw M/sec/weight) is also significantly greater than that of Level B (0.02±
0.9500-2)kgw M/sec/weight). Thisindicates that better swimmers can not only generate higher propulsive force but also achieve better coord ination efficiency. 2. To be promoted to LevelA, breaststroke swimmers in Level B must improve not only the propulsive force of their arms and legs but also their coordination efficiency. The improvement of coordination efficiency is even more important than propulsive force. 3. To be promoted to LevelB, breaststroke swinmmers in LevelC need to raise the propulsive force not only of their arms but also of their legs, and the latter is more important than the former.
