本篇目的主要是對體育學院大學部女生越野賽跑成績分級與預測,體院大學部女生越野跑距離4.698公里,平均時間八十一年30.17+6.60分(N=86),八十二年30.42±5.92分(N=117) ,八十三年32.40±6.91分(N=148),依照百分點分級,三年來三系大學女生越野跑時間分級九十百分點以上屬excellent優秀組成績三至23分20秒者,八十九五七十五百分點屬good良好及成績23 分21秒至26分10秒,七十四至五十百分點屬aboveaverage中上級成績26分11秒至29分30秒者,四十九至二十五百分點屬below average中下級成績29分31秒至35分者,二十四至十百分點屬poor稍差組成績35分01秒至39分30秒者,九百分點以下屬veηpoor很差級成績全39分31秒者。以年齡、身高、體重、活動量、體脂肪等變項來預測越野跑時間的最佳位式是:八十一年剔除極端值三系女生Y=37.06+(-1.547)活動量,活動量預測力達28.57%,八十三年剔除極端值,三系女生Y= 76.08 + (-.286) ,身高預測力達8.56%,八十三年剔除極端值三系女生Y=32.71 +( -.485)活動量,活動量預測力達6.29%。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to classify and to predict the cross country race time of the female students of National College of Physical Education and Sports. The measured race distance was 4.698km. The ·average time of the races from 1992 to 1994 were 30.17 ± 6.60min (N=86) in 1992, 30.42±
5.92min (N=I17) in 1993, 32.40±6.91min (N=148) in 1994. The female college students from the three departments were classified with six catagories according to their three years average percentile norms. 90 percentile and above (time≧23:20) were classified as EXCELLENT, 89 to 75 percentile (time between 23:21 and 26:10) were classified as GOOD, 74 to 50 percintile (time between 26:10 and 29:30) were classified as ABOVE AVERAGE, 49 to 25 percentile (time between 29:31 and 35:00) were classified as BELOW AVERAGE, 24 to 10 percentile (time between 35:01 and 39:30) were classified as POOR, 9 to 0 percentile (time �三39:31)were classified as VERY POOR. Predicting factor, such as age, height, body weight, physical activity, body fat percentage provided a formula for predicting the cross country race time. In 1992 the perdicting formula was Y=37.06+( -1.547)*physical activity within the physical activity' factor predicted 28.57% of cross countηrace time. In 1993 the predicting formula was Y=76.08+( -.286) *Height with the height factor predicted 8.56% of cross country race time. In 1994 the predicting formula was Y=32. 71 +( -.485)*physical activity with the physical activity predicted 6.29% of cross country race time.
