The purpose of this paper is to put forward the Rough Structural Modeling (RSM), and use the method to analysis students’ misconceptions. In this paper, analysis method of misconceptions is based on Misconceptions’ Domain Analysis Method proposed by Sheu et al. in 2012. Through the method, students’ misconceptions can be analyzed accurately even if only small amount of participants. RSM is the combination of Rough set and the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The method establish concept lattice by the operation of reachable matrix and then establish structural graph of students-concepts-core hierarchically. This method can improve Misconceptions’ Domain Analysis Method, and furthermore shows students’ common misconceptions in the structural graph. This paper provides an example of the analysis of fourth-grade mathematics test and an innovative and effective method in statistical of small sample.
