本研究之目的,探討不同目標涉入受試者,在接受不同外在報酬時,對其內在動機的影響。受試對象為國民小學六年級學童40名(男生20人,女生20人),以實驗法進行研究,實驗採用2(訊息函、控制面)X 2 (工作涉入、自我涉入)因于獨立樣本設計,並以獨立樣本二因子變異數分析及單純主要效果進行統計考驗。研究結果顯示:一、不同外在報酬對工作涉入受試者之內在動機並無續著差異,只有對自我涉入的受試者才達顯著差異。二、不同目標涉入受試者在訊息面外在報酬中,內在動機未達顯著差異,只有在控制面外在報酬中才達顯著差異。本研究結果顯示,二種理論具有互補性,結合目標取向理論及認知評價理論,應該可以對內在動機提出更好的解釋。
Themajor purpose of this study was to explore the interaction effect of goal involvement and extrinsic reward on intrinsic motivation. For the purpose, a between subjects, 2 (goal involvement) X 2 (extrinsic reward) factorial design was adopted. Forty sixth grade students, selected from an elementary school in Taipei County, served as subjects, Thedata obtained were analyzed by two-way analycis of covariance. The results of this study indicate the interaction effect of goal-involvement and extrinsic reward on intrinsic were statistically significant. The results suggest that Goal Perspective Theoryand Cognitive Evaluation Theory are complementary to understand "Intrinsic Motivation".
