本研究旨在探討國民小學體育課學生行鳥表現、學生參與運動時間(MET)的百分比,及其與特定情境變項因素的關係。以國民小學中高年級四個班級各七名學生為對象,採錄影方式,取得上課教學資料,應用BESTPED系統觀察按分析之,經綜合分析討論後,得到以下結論:一、學生行為表現以被動的學習方式為主。二、學生參與運動時間(MET)為23.2%'與國內外研究對照下,其比例略低.三、學生MET在男學生、男教師、高年組、室外以及球類項目等特定情境變項因素下,其比例較高。
The primary purpose of this study was to describe how students spent their time in physical education classes in Taipei County, Taiwan. In particular, regard was paid to pupil Motor Engagement Time(MET) and an additional purpose of this study was to identify differences in MET according to context variables. Twenty-eight randomly selected students were observed and videotaped, ranging from grade 3 to grade 6 at elementary school. Theadapted BESTPED coding system was used in this study. The results were as follows: 1.The students learn in passive ways. 2.The students' MET was 23.2 % .The percentage of MET found was lower than that in other studies. 3.The percentage of MET was higher under the variables of male students, male teachers, higher grade levels, outdoor environment and ball games.
