中文摘要

訊息處理為運動表現之重要環節,以往常使用聲光反應測試個體在接受刺激(聲、光)到完成動作(按鈕或跳躍),整個過程之時間與正確性,來評估其能力。本研究之目的在引介醫學界用於評估病人腦部功能的事象關連腦電位(event related potential, ERP) ,探討其與單一選擇反應時間及多重選擇反應時間之闢係'深一層剖析訊息處理時腦部內在之功能機制,同時探討長期低氧適應後腦部功能(ERP)之變化。十名歷經兩個月珠穆朗瑪峰遠征隊員為實驗組,四名年輕男性為對照組,共十四名為本研究之受測者,實驗組接受手部單一選擇聲光反應,手部多重聲光選擇反應及聽覺事象關連腦電位(ERP),對照組只接受ERP測試,記錄各反應時間與ERP中NIOO及P300波形出現的延邊時間(latency)與振幅(amplitude)。研究結果發現:1.ERP之NIOO延遲時間與單一選擇聲膏反應時問呈顯著 正相關(r=.82,P<.Ol) ,也與單一選擇光反應時間主顯著正相關(r=.84,P<.Ol)。 2.ERP之P300延遲時間與多重選擇聲者反應時間呈顯著正相關(r=.73, P<.05) ,也與多重選擇光反應時間呈顯著正相關(r=.肘,P<.Ol) 0 3. ERP之P300振幅 則與多重選擇聲反應時間呈顯著正相關(r=.72,P<.05) 0 4.實驗組與對照組在 ERP之NIOO延遲時間及NIOO振幅,達統計土之顯著差異。根據NIOO出現在單一選擇反應完成前,且與單一光反應時間呈顯著關之結果,顯示NlOO代表注意力集中之腦部功能曲線。另一方面P300則出現在單一選擇反應之後,多重選擇反應之前,且與多重選擇反應時間主顯著正相闕,顯示P300與認知及選擇之功能有關。實驗組與對照組在ERP之顯著差異,顯示低氧確實可能會造成腦部功能之衰退現象,但因缺乏實驗組之前測資料比較,未來仍需進一步研究探討證實。根據本實驗初步研究成果與經驗,ERP應可推廣應用於運動生理、心理 有關訊息處理等腦部功能之研究,而傳統單一選擇反應與多重選擇反應也是相當可行有效的研究測試工具。

英文摘要

The information processing is an essential element of athletic performance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among the event related potential (ERP), the single reaction time (SRT) and the multiple reaction time (MRT), and to apply the long-term on hypoxic exposure on the brain. Fourteen subjects from two groups were recruited in this study. (1)Experimential group-lO Everest expedition members with experience of prolonged hypoxic exposure and (2) control group-4 healthy males. For experimental group SRT, MRT and ERP were perfomed, but for control group ERP was measured only. Results revealed that : 1.There was a significant correlation (r=.82,P<.0l)between NlOO latency and auditory-SRT. and between NlOO latency and visual-SRT(r= .84,P<.01). 2. There was a significant correlation (r=.73,P<.05)between P300 latency and auditory-MRT, and the between P300 latency and visual-MRT (r=.84, P<.Ol). 3. Therewas a significant correlation (r=.72, P<.05) between P300 amplitude and auditoryMRT. 4. The latency and amplitude of NlOO between these two groups had a significant difference (P<.05). The results indicated that NIOO could be an index of concentration and P300 could be an index of cognition. On the basis of the results and experiences of this study,it is reasonable to apply ERP in this field of sports physiology and sports psychology interpret the information processing of brain function in the future.
