本研究旨在探討國內運動指導員所應具備之專業能力,透過文獻探討的方式,初步建構各項專業能力指標,以提供運動指導員培育機構日後規劃運動指導員教育訓練的培訓課程,及現職運動指導員專業成長參考之依據,以期望國內運動指導員在人力資源素質上不斷提升。經由文獻探討發現,運動指導員專業能力主要以「專業知識、專業技能、專業態度」三大要素為最具共識的項目。專業知識包含了具備運動傷害預防知識、知道與工作有關器材操作方法等各項內容;專業技能包含了急救技能、能夠清楚解說運動技巧…等各項內容;而專業態度包含了吸收新資訊、誠實守信的態度…等內容。

英文摘要

This research aims to discuss the professional Capacity needs of the exercise instructors, through literature, preliminary construct professional ability indicators, to provide exercise instructors to foster institutional sports instructor training future planning training courses, and serving exercise instructor’s professional the growth reference basis for domestic exercise instructors are expected to improve on the quality of human resources. Through the literature review found that exercise instructors professional competence or professional knowledge, professional skills, professional attitude, "the three elements of most consensus projects. professional knowledge includes knowledge, know and work with sports injury prevention equipment operation... the content; professional skills includes first aid skills, able to clearly explain the movement skills; contains absorb new information and professional attitude, honest and trustworthy attitude and other content.
