本研究探討親師互動的重要性以及對幼兒發展之關係性,故本文將採用文獻分析法探討親師互動的相關理論,並闡述親師互動對幼兒在發展之間的重要性及關連性。最後整理出親師互動主要是透過語言、姿態、表情、態度等符號,自然的傳達於彼此之間的關係,在互動的過程中,試著找尋思考相似者,將自己的想法或理念傳達藉以獲得認同,並在過程中不斷修正,讓幼兒在學習獲得良好效益,研究者並提出教師可採用口語溝通、組織溝通以及書面溝通來提升教師與家長之間的關係,盡而讓家長能多參與幼兒在學校上的事務以及各項活動,不但可以改善親職教育觀念與態度,更可以扭轉家長的偏見等優點,培養幼兒多元的學習刺激,學習範圍也能增廣在各種發展的層面,使教師、家長與幼兒三方間的交互關係得以維繫並交流。
